I don't understand what you mean by the sag thing. Their feet where in contact with the bench and never moved. It was completely pointless.

But yes my favorite part of this thread is when people inadvertently insult real exercises like inverted rows.
I wasn't insulting inverted rows. Just the way they were doing them. Like most insults on this thread, its someone doing a legit exercise in a ******ed manner.
