Once your bench plateaus, if your form is very good, its going to be hard to make gains quickly, especially if you eat like a bird. I'm guessing there's a high likelihood your form can improve, but sometimes its hard to figure out how to make that happen.

Yes, you make a fair point. I think that if I search deep down, I haven't mentally committed to eating like a big boy. I like being this lean, and thus far I've continued to see satisfactory strength gains such that I feel little motivation to bulk bulk bulk. But I know there will come a point where my lifts will stall, even the almighty bench, and there will only be so much I can do by improving form before I need to make the transition to eating more.
