I thought I was feeling better. I had some fever/cold BS, then some stomach **** too... idk. Everything.

My right scap is worse than ever after essentially sleeping for 2 days straight, so I spent a while on that, my shoulders in general, and my hips.

Front Squat
Just wanted to do something light to get moving. Somehow I have a hamstring tweak.... wtf. Probably from just being so inactive the past two or three days. So I stopped and worked it bunch with a lax ball. Then it still hurt to squat, so I quit.

I typically at least fall asleep that way. I think it's causing more problems as I get less fat.

Weird week for weight because of illness (couldn't eat and weight dropped as low as ~254, then ate as much as possible as I was feeling better, which unfortunately was not much.) I feel fine now and my weight stabilized, so this should be a relatively normal reading.

My 12-week goal from about 10 weeks ago was to hit 250 on Mar 1. I will probably hit this in March at some point, I'm not really worried about the date I hit it.

DT confirmed better at me than dieting. Might have to consider drastic measures (passive or aggressive) once you're nearing a similar BF with 3x the lifts.

my bench sucks and my right side wants to flare & my right scap comes out on these high rep sets. As my upper body gets ever smaller, I may cut out these high reppers to protect my shoulder (which is fine AORN.) Otoh, I like the high reppers for armor building, so I haven't really decided what to do. Maybe some drop sets BBB style.

Fat man pullups w/ rings
3x15

36" box jumps (w/ step down)
5x5 (minimal rest, easy)

RKC planks
5x10-15s

Static stretching of **** hamstrings

It's snowing like 100" again, so undoubtedly I'll have 60-90 min of shoveling, so I didn't do planned power cleans and did the jumping-onto-a-box-not-really-exercise instead. Cool.

Hmm moderately bad diet week so far for various reasons, including people bringing me delicious and large sandwiches on three separate occasions. Pls stop, people. Please note that this is not a real problem. Oh, I also blame Soulman. Thanks anyway, Soulman.

My ART lady is helping a lot and everything is feeling ok AORN. I am dumb for not going to her earlier.

Thanks bro. I think I am about to hit a wall. No surprise here, I am glad to have progressed back to this point on a kcal deficit. Squats are cool though because you can kinda tough through them, which I have historically been good at. Press, not so much. We will see.

Unfortunately I had an acute injury today during hbbs warmups and under a light load at the bottom of the squat I had sharp, shooting pain through the area on/in which I've been getting treatment, my lower right back through glute med on the 4th rep of 225lbs. So I obv stopped. I felt a little tight today prior to lifting, but I'd rolled, used the lax ball extensively on the glute and ham, done lunges w/ a half twist, done air squats x 10 x 3, 45x10x3, and 135x5x2 prior and I thought everything was going to be fine. Maybe it will be, but as it's tightening up through the day I am having a difficult time moving around. 10/10 pain for 3-4s at time of injury, 7/10 pain now if I move wrong, 4/10 just sitting around. Pretty sad dad about it for the moment.

My PT is also out of town through Monday 3/3, so next PT is then. I will see how things go until then, but I want to remain active so I will work on a new plan, which may just be rehab exercises.

Bench
I could only do these with my feet up on the bench, no leg drive. Feet on ground hurt too much.
