Thanks for the deserved trolling.

11/4/2013 - 291.3 lbs
11/11/2013 - 290.2 lbs (-1.1 lbs).

I did very well this week with the exception of Saturday, when I traveled to Michigan and had a ridiculous day of drinking (maybe 10+ drinks, which I probably do 1-2x/year) and eating (more of the problem). No reason that this week should be difficult for eating though.

week 0 - 11/4/2013 - 291.3 lbs (start)
week 1 - 11/11/2013 - 290.2 lbs (-1.1 lb)
week 2 - 11/18/2013 - 281.4 lbs (-8.8lbs for week, -9.9lbs overall)

Averaged about 2200 kcals this week. The jump down in weight was smaller than it looked, because my weight had spiked prior to the 11/11 weigh in.

Made chili. Great or GOAT cutting food? GOAT, maybe.

This week will be a lot tougher, as I have two big weekday dinners at good/great places tonight and tomorrow, then two weekend things scheduled as well.

Was hoping to see some lifting being logged. Looks like it has been about 2 months since the last time you lifted. Time to get your big boy pants on and get back to it.

He looked ok in batman, although there was probably some steroids involved, but he never quite got back the look he had in American Psycho. I think he never really came back all the way from that cut, you probably cant.

week 3 - 11/25/2013 - 279.5 lbs (-1.9 lbs for week, -11.8lbs overall)

Omron says 26% bf, Navy method says 27%.

Week 3 was pretty tough with two big dinners out, one of which was fine, but for the other one (planned night off) I probably had just under double my daily kcals.

I need to start lifting. I need to carry a bag of meat around with me. Other than that, so far so good.

YTF,
Nice progress and milestone! (down 10+ pounds!) I realize how hard it can be to go out to dinner and karaoke night and only have a few beers.

cha,
Tell me you wouldn't buy something called "meatbag." I know you would!

old douchebag,
I have never read that thread.

The last time I did karaoke I was lifting a lot at the time and random-drew ""Man! I Feel Like a Woman!" by Shania Twain. I sent it out to all the balds in the house, while pointing them out from stage. Having a mic is the best.

Nice to see you haven't given in on the scarf front. In all reality, I know they have a place in keeping someone warm, but to wear one for fashion reasons is not right. Most people aren't outside more than 10 minutes at a time, which isn't that long to need a scarf.
