That's the main one I listen to. Probably have done that one 20-30 times. I am pretty good at running through that basic template on my own now, but I still find the guidance helpful and reassuring.

Sat in a squat for 2 mins. No back pain. My ROM is amazing. Too bad this is now completely and utterly useless.

Eating well. Everything is relatively good. Except my back. Back pain is near worst ever. Might start painting. I've never painted. Like art not the ceiling. Might not, too.
