Congratulations DT. Also, if/when you return to lifting, keep in mind you will probably be weak from aforementionaed lower testosterone from having a newborn in the house.

You probably don't care, but I was reading a study that hypothesized this might happen because it is evolutionarily advantageous for a father of a newborn to have lower testosterone, so he is weak and EMO and stays home taking care of the baby, instead of going out all night. Or it could just be a result of stress and improper sleep/eating habits.

Thanks. Yeah, T prob really low. (ETA: I also think evolutionary bio is interesting, and I often hypothesize about stuff like that. I am sure you're/that study is in the neighborhood.) I'd supplement T+? if I was actually even lifting or even in the neighborhood of strong.

Well I can't really justify being a fat ****, so I am now restricting kcals until I get a better idea... or perhaps quit and just completely hamplanet myself. We'll see. Probably aiming for -2 lbs/week until the new year though, then I'll see what I want to do. Hopefully I will have a better schedule to start lifting soon as well.

Monday 11/4/2013 - weight 291.3 lbs.
