Apologies to anyone I may have misled. The act of washing the dishes is my favorite. FKA Twigs is merely very good music, I really like the music video as well. I think it's beautiful.

bw 292 again. Bad. Starting today I am making more effort here. Sadly, logging shows that it's beer that is providing most or all of the extra kcals. Therefore beer is restricted to weekends only and 24oz/weekend day until further notice, of course with 414 exceptions, which will ultimately derail the effort until I take it more seriously. And... I just remembered I promised to meet my buddy for a beer tonight. Dammit. When am I gonna prioritize my weight. Idk.

I slept and ate poorly and I felt tired today.

Welp, went golfing last week (fun!) before I realized how locked tf down this was gonna be. I still have the rubber from my old platform, but the rest was trashed/water damaged so I drew up these plans today:

Got everything already, the only time I've been out of the house in the past 5 days other than walks around the hood, so that was exciting. These dricore tiles look cool and should be a good way to not trap moisture under the platform if it gets wet for some reason. Should only be an hour or two project to get a "gym" back up and running. I knew I should have built a sauna here though. Might have to draw up those plans next. K.

k. That took longer than expected. But looks k, even some small improvements vs the old setup. Gotta get some wall storage, move that wood outta there, get my stereo setup, etc but I have all summer to do that and the main **** is in place to even ****ing lift.

Lifted twice this week, didn't log. Idk why!

28 Apr 2020 - light squats only and light pressing
30 Apr 2020 - light squats more volume and bench (top set 126 x9).

Everything feels k other than my left ankle is kinda wonky. Arthritis? Doesn't like carrying around a fat person? Idk.

I've still been walking. Golf just opened back up here so I'm going to continue getting back into that. That's all. Have a good weekend, H&F!

Been golfing a bit - it's walking only here, so that is pretty k for getting some movement in. I also walk a few miles each day on average bc there's nothing ****ing else to do.

Left ankle is ****ed - I wonder if I fractured it - I can still move around but it's hurt consistently for a month or so, idk. If it hurts more I'll go get it scanned, I guess. Might also just be arthritis or walking around while fat. Idk.
