While I am wistful for a time where I probably could have power snatched 115kg, I accept my current path. It's a walking path. Walk on.

I lifted last week, just once though. I lost my sheet and haven't been taking my log book.

It was something like:
Bench 225x3x6
Seated DB press: some number on the side, idk 80 I think. Maybe 75. K. 75x8x3 let's say
Other items, too. it was fun. I like the gym.

Went to FL to hang out with family. It was good. Swam. Upswing in PLO. Playing well. Personal life fine. Still walking a lot. Meditation good. Eating well. Life is good.

How do you unrack this? Seems odd. Basically 100% need a spotter, right? A lot of people in my gym look... unrealiable. This is the best thing I can say about them. Not sure what to do, probably just tear my shoulder somehow, I guess. gl me.

I just started doing incline bench and the first time un racking was weird but after that it seemed normal and I haven't needed a lift off yet

It was casual, mainly burning myself. Weasel says I look tiny in a medium shirt. Was just wondering what shirt size this OP behemoth wears? Whatever he picked, it looks good. Not too tight, not too loose.

Gymwear is a delicate balance. One must be classy. One must be manly. It's a facking thin line man. Worst nightmare is to look like a facking manwhore. That's a big no no. One would think the Snitch shorts would do it, but nah he pulls it off really well. Obviously that rugby and Aussies goes as well as Aussies and beer/crocodiles is part of the equation.

Cha has been looking real good lately with a nice pair of shorts that are close to soccer length. Looks good. KC/Montecore have solid gymwear themselves. Fakeb and Crunchy a bit suspect. Aidan very conservative.

EV? Facking disaster. EVlite pretty bad also, but looks like he is still traumatized by the ex potbelly.

And obviously as we recently saw, the BTM pulled off a weird suspect look recently. Looked like a hipster got thrown out of his crossfitting box and headed to the circus for handstands.
