Solid day of training Crunchy. Probably going to Iowa in May so we should definitely hit one of these upper workouts. Chest/back/arms in one day with some supers is one of my favorites.

K. but we are skipping FFF, 18th st. in Gary seems to be where it's at. I haven't been yet.
Are you in town? There's some sort of donkament thing at the shoe here. I'll probably go a couple of days if good PLO runs. K.
oh gawd this is awesome. Soon enough he's going to hop on the 'tine and in a few years we'll have a 6'6 275lb sub 10% giant with a 2k pling total on our hands. It's practically impossible to have debilitating injuries that interfere with bbing training because its so god damn easy.
It's pretty unlikely that I'd become a steroid man. I have nothing specifically against it, but I don't really understand the long term risks very well, nor do I care to become a steroid guy pretend endocrinologist. And I can pretty much meet all my goals (just exist) without steroids.
That said, I look fine. I look better than when I was a strong fat. My legs are small though. It's sad. Maybe I will post an upper body photo once I can photoshop my arms a little bit bigger and my waist a little smaller. K.
I just am gonna do this weirdo BB stuff for now because anything else hurts and what else is there to do? I am going to start walking more. Took a nice walk through my old neighborhood this past weekend. Nice.
In Belgium the #1 goto sport for people with back issues is cycling. You can buy a fancy bike, eat ****loads of calories, find a group to ride with and drink lots of beer at checkpoints.
Combine with curls 3x/week and there is your new physique. The new Tinder king has arrived.
I have a fancy bicycle. I am sure everyone has had a collective shock on Monte's couch about that one. I need a tune up, it's collective few hundred miles (including 100 miles at once!) and ten years of sitting around have probably been really hard on it.
Prob not joining inline skating or online dating anytime soon. We'll see. Could be interesting.
JDock takes a break from evolutionary biology logic to bring you this troll. K.

I play poker with a bodybuilder occasionally and talk shop with him a little at the table. His range of knowledge is narrow (like he has little knowledge of female hormonal biology during pregnancy) but within his sphere of interest I would trust his opinion over an endocrinologist. I guess what I am saying is many bodybuilders probably know more about male human endocrinology than any doctor IMO.
Scale says 229.7 imperialist pounds, but I think it's wrong. I am post-imperialist. OTOH, I walked a good bit this week so maybe I do weight 230. Doesn't matter.
In more exciting news, there was a smoking hot 9.5/10, 36/37 maybe 25 yo girl lifting at gym fancy today. I immediately quit life. It actually made me feel bad how hot she was. The fedora just fell right off my noggin. No pics because I'm not a weird. Browsing instagram quickly though, she looked pretty close to this: https://instagram.com/deborah_tmz/ Naturally, I held a door across the gym for her from 1000 meters and screamed, "M'LADY! M'LADY!" but I do not think she heard me. Too bad I didn't lift next to her when I was snatching 125. Not that my mini-dumbbells incline press isn't impressive. It is. I am impressed.
