I was tired from cleans and wanted to do a lot of sets so I was taking short rest. I could have made it if I took a few extra minutes I just didn't consider there was any chance of missing.

don't really understand that post. You can't pr every lift every time you go to the gym. There's certainly a chance I could have hit 55x5,5,7 or better if I had done those first and went all out

felt gr8 until I got to the snatch rdl. Probably tired from yesterday

To be clear your weighted chins are good. Yes, you are stronger than the 40 shows but still thought the 40 was good so said Nice!...Yes, 55 is great. Just trying to be supportive of your effort with first post and then funny with second...sorry if not clear...

doing that lsus I posted a page back. Each phase will be a length that I see fit rather than 3 weeks each, which probably means 4-5 weeks of 10s and 5s.
