1) Done.
2) Calipers say I'm 12% bf (lol) so maybe I have a shot at both once the nagging hamstring **** goes away.
3) Might not be terribly far off, probably like 15-20 pounds away from 275.
4) Doin it. Back gettin thick.
5) Lolololol obviously this was never happening. 2-3 hamstring tweaks.
6) Did quite a bit of what i wanted to with this, particularly carries although they weren't listed.
Obviously I get all the effort ones. Just to readjust for the November meet under the huge assumption that I keep recovering well from hamstring stuff, maybe 10kg lower on squat and dl to be realistic:
