Am I correct to assume that posters such as SGT RJ have a portable charger? My phone can't go more than 2-3 hours playing without my phone dying? Going to Vegas soon and will probably need a portable charger if I want to play while I'm there without my phone dying as I may need to go long stretches of the day without being able to charge. Any recommendations on the best/longest chargers?

Someone told me Anker was good and they had good amazon reviews so I went with it, and I've been happy. Longest is mostly a matter of how large of a charger you are willing to lug around.

Anything small enough to fit in a pocket is probably fine.

I think this is the one I have. About the size of my phone, maybe a little bigger and heavier. I can get several full charges out of it but I've never tested it to know exactly.

Anker PowerCore 20100 - Ultra High Capacity Power Bank with 4.8A Output, PowerIQ Technology for iPhone, iPad and Samsung Galaxy and More (Black) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00X5RV14Y..._4-4Uyb1QKMK1H

I've gotten 1 Metal Coat (my first 7 day steak, no items on the next two 7 day streaks), 2 Sun Stones (some daily 1st spin & random regular spin), and 1 King's rock (regular spin) so far. No idea how many stops I've spinned but I work on top of a stop so I spin that that stop pretty much 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

It's been confirmed that this was removed very quickly.

Finally got my first hatched Dratini (91 %) from 9th new 10 km egg, hatch #606, been playing since mid-July. There is hope after all it seems. Hopefully I manage to bink my first ever hacthed Chansey also some day.

I just hatched my third dratini since gen 2 launched. Prior to that I had never hatched one. Someone else in here posted something similar. I'm thinking dratini hatches are much more likely now.

I havent seen niantec say anything about gen 2. Please point me to the patch notes/announement that talk about gen 2 being released. I have searched and cant find anything.

They were talking about saving candy for gen 1 pokemon that were about to get a new evolution in gen 2.

Do you just lack the ability to Google or are you going for some sort of elaborate troll?

Late on the battery issue but yes, I use one, no other way to play the game for hours on end, and Anker is a universally respected brand for this type of gear.

And after first hatched Dratini I bink immediately my first hatched Chansey (only 84 % though) after that. My luck seems to be turned around after all. And third 10 km in the oven, this one must be crap for sure.

i have used google for pokemon go stuff... but i get a lot rumors and heresay so i figure just to go with with niantec's site. Getting it from the maker of the game should be the best info I would imagine.

This is like that guy on reddit who decided to pretend he had never heard of a potato when visiting his girlfriend's parents

that link talks about gen 2 from over 15 years ago... and doenst even mention pokemon go and it talks about breeding, we dont have breeding in pokemon go. I would say that link has nothing to do with pokemon go, it was probably written before pokemon go was even released. And it doesnt mention niantec as a creator of the game... We have learned that niantec can change anything they want, they produce the game, when they made cp adjustments to several pokemon in one of the patches/updates.

Why are so many of you responding to him?

I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed.
