Toronto was already lousy with most of the halloween mons 'cept for cubones and maro. Still better than the alternative. Good move by Nian to get some more life in there.

do you mostly frequent FDR when you go into dc proper or anywhere else of note? i have only been there once and it was awesome. i think me and the mrs are gonna be going into the city this weekend (probably saturday since the marine corps marathon is sunday)

Yeah, FDR is my go to spot, haven't found any place else with the sheer variety of spawns.

I'm already sick of seeing all the Halloween Pokemon. Lol. This was a great promo but when every spawn is a gastly/ cubone/ meowth it's gotten kinda boring. I wish the ratio to regular Pokemon spawning wasn't as skewed.

Ones I've been able to get now (by evolving or catching) that I had no shot at before: Cubone, Marowak, Gengar, Persian and oddly, Wigglytuff.

I'm enjoying this, with the exception of Meowths, the rest of the now common spawns ranged from fairly rare to really rare for me (Cubones being best, Ghastlys being worst.). Now I'm going to easily be able to finish off another two Gengar by the look of it as well as finish my Charizard and Muk from the walking bonus.

Maro with mud slap and earthquake is at least better than some of the worst move sets of other evolved pokemon. The guy is hot garbage in combat.

just yesterday I came across a level 9 gym with the lowest 3 mons all under ~400. IDK wtf the 2nd and 3rd guy were thinking putting those in, but with the new training system, it was gonna be tough to get the 5 or 10k or whatever to open up a spot. I had some limited success taking in a couple of good "type" matchups for each of the three low guys from among my xp fodder.

But then, I noticed my ~125cp chansey and put him in a lineup. HOLY crap it was perfect. dude has like 200 hp and hyper beam. literally the only situation that I can imagine them being useful.

Finished my Charizard, am now walking my Grimer, which I should finish tomorrow.

That'll put me at 140/140 with just the Lapras and Aerodactyl to somehow find/hatch.

Have probably hatched ~20 eggs during the event thus far and have not spawned anything that seems connected to the halloween theme.

Am I a fish for using Incubators on 2km eggs during this? I usually don't, but it helps clear them out faster for potential 5km/10km eggs, plus there's the added bonus of double candies if I get Squirtle, Charmander or Bulbasaur (which I don't see often and don't have the final form of any). Soon after this started, I got five straight 2km eggs and felt wrong not getting them out of the way.

One last thing, is it just me are there 0 Gastly that have a decent IV?
