i would say it takes some adjustment for sure. all i ever do is run and gun and had some nice rounds last night. i think my ratio is only 1.0:1 or maybe a little higher. once i get all the perks and weapons unlocked (just need RPD+M16+MP5) i'll initiate BEAST MODE on a daily basis

My thoughts exactly. I was doing pretty well at the start of the night, but it seems everyone found camping spots after a few hours and now I am getting destroyed.

The kill streaks in this game are so unbalanced. Especially now that you can stack them.

Example: I use care package, predator, and harrier right now. I got my 4th and 5th kill in a row by the same grenade so I used the predator which got me 3 kills, so I now I have a harrier + care package saved still. The harrier strike got me 2 more kills + the plane hovered and got another 5 or 6. Then I got chopper gunner out of the care package after dying and got 8 more kills to end the round. Stupid much?

I just feel so cheesy camping and dropping people who are clueless and run in the same spot over and over. Then they can't even find me most of the time because I have scrambler on and no one has really unlocked the HBS yet.

maps are def huge. love them tho. still getting use to all the guns.

I'm not sure if I like that to get the next wep attachment, you have to level up the previous attachment.

Still, this game is bitchin' and I'm so glad they fixed a lot of things that used to drive me nuts in MW1.

i thought the kills from predator/chopper, etc do not count toward your kill streak? in any case yes that sounds very cheesy

Feels just like CoD4 with some more add-ons. Oh well. Pretty much what I was expecting anyways.

just unlocked the scar, haven't used it yet. Was mainly using the UMP, had some decent rounds (for me that's a 1.00 lol) and some terrible ones. I like killing people while they are getting their care package then swiping it; hard to resist the temptation to swipe the ones my teammates get.

The emblems and callsigns are neat to unlock, although I didn't like the accolade I got for watching the killcam the most in a round (yeah I suck, quit mocking me MW2).

Having a lot of fun so far.

i've hijacked a couple of care packages haha love it. as soon as i hear they are getting one i immediately bolt as far into the action as i can.

i laughed pretty hard just now reading about the accolade for watching the kill cam the most haha i don't trust it at all, just like cod4. i've had deaths where it seems like i unload half a clip into a guy, and on the kill cam i don't fire a single shot.

yeah this game feels nothing like COD4, so much more open and detailed, i just wish people didnt know the damn maps so much better than me. i have no idea where the hell im going in this game

do you mean care package (the one that drops ONE) or the one that drops 4? i was under the impression care package was useless, as every time i've seen it it's either UAV, anti UAV, or ammo. ammo is actually a big thing in this game i seem to run out a lot.

kinda pressed for time atm but i'm pretty much rocking either the famas or scar w/ red dot (holo scope anyone?) stopping power, fast reload, just switched to frag grenade over semtex, and then air strike, attack heli, and emergency care (the one that drops 4).i actually just made this one up w/o even trying it i dunno how i will like no UAV but so far i feel like every time i've gotten it we already have a UAV and a lot of the time i have multiple UAV's stacked. but i think a huuuge part of this game is how you have your weapon set up with the perks and then the biggest thing is the kill streaks. def think we need to all come up with the best setup.

whats the deal with stacking streaks/etc anyway? is it just w/e one you get first it uses or the most recent?

I like the scar but without scavenger I keep running out of ammo.

I get good stuff from the regular care package all the time. Pretty frequently get predators and I've gotten a couple harriers and a pavelow too
