haven't played H2H since.

Just got up into Division 4. That's promotion every season without fail so far.

This was the closest one yet. I needed 18 points and had 13pts with 2 games to go so I had to win them both. Didn't hold out much hope but I won my next game easily enough to setup a title decider. It was against Barcelona FML.

But I had a dream start. Went 1-0 up after only 8mins with a nice break up the park before Tevez cut inside and drilled a shot past Valdez into the bottom corner. YEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! But early days yet, more panic than joy at this point.

What to do now? Should I go ultra defensive and hold out for 82mins? Would I be able to sustain attack after attack from arguably the best attacking team in the game? Prob not so I will just keep it balance and see how the next 15-20mins go before changing anything.

What's this? Silva has just skinned three of the Barca back 4 and left them for dead completely out of nothing, squared the ball and Aguerro taps it in! 13mins gone! So the second half kicks off. I am much more in control having the lions share of posession. Just passing the ball in the middle of the park waiting for an opening. My opponent has obviously switched to ultra attack as almost every player of his is in my 1/3 of the pitch. I can see the gaps up front. If only I can get the ball out to one of my wingers and then I will be 3/4 v 2 on a counter attack. And then Clichy does it. He makes a great last ditch tackle when Messi tries to take him on the outside, he gets up off the floor before Messi does and then punts a long through ball high up the pitch. Puyol gets their first but the ball bounces off of him. What was he doing?! Stupid perm head. Aguerro, his legs tired and like logs finds energy from somewhere to break into the box, the crowd go on their feet, I go onto the edge of my chair, it's like slow motion, I HAVE TO SCORE THIS, I have to, there will be no more chances and then I press shoot and before I know it the ball is in the back of the net. I roar with joy. I have done it. I have done the impossible. The media doubted me. The fans doubted me. My fellow managers doubted me. But I showed them all. Tonight will be party night.

The last few mins were a formality. Final whistle and 3-1 it finished. 3-1. I sat back in my chair and just sat staring at the screen with a smug look on my face. It was never in doubt I muttered to myself, the confidence returning with every passing second. I really do pwn scrub nubs.

i'm beginning to see the need for a bigger team (nobody up front for udinese is taller than 5'10")

i tried out atletico bilbao and fernando llorente, but scored maybe 3 goals and had a dozen shots in 6 games, couldn't get any crosses set up

team seems just sooooooooooooooo slow, but i think a lot of that has to do with me liking to build my attack through my striker (meaning getting the ball up front and in the middle on the attack as fast as possible, then passing to the wing/setting up a give and go with the CFer, which is very very difficult with a 6'5" lug at striker) any suggestions?

Not sure what the question is. If its what team, then Napoli, Sevilla, Tottenham, Valencia, Villareal, At.Marid have all pretty good set ups on the 2nd tier of teams.

So frustrating going on bad runs. Friend of mine in Clubs hits a perfect tackle gets called for a penalty end up drawing 2-2 fs then just stupid deflections and defenders smashing he ball into eachother lollll

Tried a few games with bilbao. Solid rated team, but yeah very slow overall. Wouldn't recommend picking them for h2h.

refs are awful especially at club
so many PERFECT tackles get called as fouls, annoying to say the least

Wierd that in 11, you push or barge its instantly a free. In 12, you can push and barge all you want but no free.....

Bring in obstruction and handball to clubs also plzzzzz, so many times a ball smashes a centre half on the arm and I'm shouting down the mic HANDBALLLL! Don't know why but when you win a penalty using a skillmove you feel like a king Has anyone played far enough into the career yet to bring up a scouted player that has actually grown (stats wise)

yeah this, my vp is 5'7 and it is ridiculous the amount of obstruction I forgo. I am not speaking about getting pushed off the ball (that's legit and you can't have your cake and eat it), I am speaking about getting destroyed when I don't have the ball and I try to run into space

Vp playing as cdm i LOVE obstructing, constantly jostling players off the ball esp in the box awaiting crosses. Also obstruct players trying to get back on defense.

You could create a 2nd first 11 and use them in lesser tournaments. Put your 1st 11 on the bench and reserves of the 2nd 11 then when you play a match with either team your other team will get full fitness back. Bit of a pain but i worked out will save thousands in the long-run, about 30% saving.

How much can I really get done in a week and do i jump right into online or go through the single player mode first?
