Invites out! Only 6 and 18 teams this year in the groups. Lol SA getting the same amount of qualifying spots as CIS.

Secret losing to VP in g5 probably cost them an invite? But then you'd have to not invite VP who have been in so many finals lately. Not sure.

This year, all eighteen teams that make the journey to The International will compete in the Group Stage, where the tournament field will be divided into two Round Robin groups of nine teams. Upon completion of the Group Stage, the bottom team from each group will be eliminated, and the remaining sixteen will move on to the Double Elimination Main Event at KeyArena.

pretty cool way of doing it. excited to see more SA teams this year

wasn't there one year where the top of group stage went on directly to the UB final? i think TI4 or something... uh wait maybe not, IDK i feel like i remember this happening in some big tournament

being able to pick your opponent for the next round with 1st pick going to top of group would be cool

theory craft: i am pretty sure hand of midas is OP right now if you midas a small jungle creep every time like a small white satyr. because jungle gold is harder to come by nowadays, using a midas like this is a big advantage

Man the Dota gods are smiling on me right now, Wife hates dota and decided months ago to fly home to visit her family, she left today for 3 weeks. Open Qualifiers start today, perfect timing!

Anyone seem to think the NA pool is stacked, compared to the Europe pool, all I see is secret/Ex-Ad Finem and a bunch of tier 2 teams? Yet NA has Complexity, DC, Ex-DC, NP... someone is going to not make it, here is hoping its swindles team.

Bulldog stack with subscribers, including a 2.8k player, in the ro32 in EU open qualifiers. He's been streaming it the whole day. One more match today then it continues tomorrow if they keep winning.

Not worth. Just bought and didn't get a single rare (and still don't have one - though I'm only level 100). Still don't have a single rare. All i wanted was the Kotl too.

Ok I caved and bought it. On the plus side, comes with tidehunter voice pack, which is basically the only voice pack I will ever need. Kinda hoping the string bet the one time only thing and have another special later that is enough to boost me to lvl 150. At 103 now and chances of me finishing 50 quests in the next month seems unlikely.
