Yeah no major gameplay changes but a ton of good changes imo. KOTL mana leak got a big nerf but he got some nice buffs in exchange for that, blinding light is now his super OP spell. Axe offlane got nerfed but Axe jungle is still fine I think, at level 2 spin there's not much change in dmg.
OD will likely be picked a lot less in pubs as well. Having so much utility on a great core was just really OP.... still has that utility (save/setup) but much more of a glass cannon now.
