Also, has anyone figured out to do with the boss Demon's Souls yet? Haven't figured out how to infuse them with my weapons, which I think you can do.

I guess you use them to make spells, craft weapons, or cash them for souls. I cashed mine, not sure if that was wise or not lol.

I've been strongly advised against cashing them can't figure out how to craft weapons. Anyone?

4-2 is killing me

i got through to the boss once but i choked. he seemed pretty easy should've got him the first time. now ive used up all my items trying to get back to him. time 2 grind

Give the "Red Hot Sould" to the blacksmith in 2-1. Then he can join the boss souls to some leveled up weapons.

As for the latter part of that...yeah, not really sure.

Depending on the way you play the game (going into other's games, dying in your own, killing NPCs, etc.) you get either white or black World and Character Tendency.

In order for the door you mentioned to open up, you had to have a World Tendency that leaned black.

I honestly have no idea how PvP works. Maybe I'm not far enough along or something but I don't think I even have the ability to go online (other than the natural state of being online in your own game).

naw, I am pretty sure we are all on the same server, but maybe we aren't utilizing the co-op/pvp yet. I have the stones to drop them, but haven't tried using it.

I am not good at this game. Maybe its because its my first PS3 game but the controls dont seem intuitive. I keep banging the square button when I want to block

I'm 0-3 vs the Red Eye Knight

I beat the red knight flukely, he's tough as nails. Keep practicing, once you beat the first zone, go grind. The boss for 1-1 is easy. Save your firebombs and terpentine for the fight. Those blobs burn easy.
