I dunno, I think the right base would handle it. Lvl 7 AD's dish out 280 dmg/sec and you've got four of those.

Then all your air traps, AT's firing faster now, etc. Only problem is I usually keep xbows set to ground only because that's the bulk of the attacks I receive, and not having them fire in the air is going to suck if you get lavaloonioned.

A dragon in your CC would definitely f' up those hounds and balloons though....

I guess it depends on what you mean by handle it? People are using it to take down maxed th10s, usually 2 stars. TH9s have no prayer. If they want to rape you, you might as well bend over and get it over with as quickly as possible.

With the rages, they can have 2 stars before a cc drag even figures out what the hell is going on.

An opponent a few wars back pulled these attacks on my base and another base in our clan.. he used the kamikaze loon to wipe out our ccs in the same way as that video. So I went off and tried it myself.. fair warning - IT TAKES A TON OF PRACTICE. Getting the troops bunched up and then spacing the loon and loon path just perfect are hard... try it while farming before wasting a war attack. I wasted like 6 balloons and still failed to kill all the troops.. bye bye war attack. Bring extra minions as cc backup just in case to salvage a star or 2.

Also, as he stressed - you really have to identify quick paths to ADs.. otherwise your balloons take too long and you hound gets roasted.

Note: the dropped loon explosion does damage proportional to its dps.

so what can a lvl 6 loon take out when it dies?

Everything that shoots ground to air except wiz6 is left with 2 health points (162 damage vs 164 health)

The game has gotten to the point where all I care about is war attacks.

I do plenty of other attacks, but only so I can upgrade and support war. Just so much more fun to plan an attack rather than hit "next". Also, no shield concerns, revenge, etc..

You need level2 hounds to 3 star as a th9, level1 are rubbish.

An entire cc full of archers and wiz they have to be super bunched.
