That's quite an interesting analysis of iincyboys stats.

I don't use PT3 though and instead use HEM. Where do I find the stats like that to post up here for analysis? I know how to post the garph.

Yeah I have had a look around but I cant see a breakdown on one sheet of paper (so to speak) like you did on PT3.

Not to worry though.

I think i am a average player and i think i am beating the game. My question is, should i fix my leaks(and can someone point them out for me with my stats and help me evaluate my game? please?) first before moving to up to 25NL? I have reached 500 dollars so i have 20 BI's for 25NL. I was thinking of getting 30BI for 25NL before taking my first shot. I will be staying at PS until i clear my 600 bonus then move over to FTP for rakeback while trying to beat 25NL.

Here is my stats: hopefully someone can give me some input. Thanks

Cliff notes: Am i good enough to move to 25NL or should i stay at 10NL until i fix all my leaks?
Will someone be willing to review my game for a small $tip thru PS.

Thanks again!
Everything looks good here except for the sample size. You're ready for NL $25 for sure if this sample is representative.

This is actually a pretty standard graph for a loose aggressive player.

Posted a while ago and had no response, someone give this the once over please.

Ok, enough of all you winning players adjusting, I'm losing and need to be berated. Pretty sure I'm making some fairly massive mistakes - playing too many hands, never folding to 3bets, paying people off...I have a decent understanding on the theory of what I wanna do....I just don't do it when I'm at the tables! Anyways I bought PT, read 2p2 for agessss to understand how to use the stats, tried to apply it, only 6k hands sample but with the amount of buy-ins I've lost I figured I may aswell get help now...here's the embarassing figures...

ps obvo losing trillions from the BB, I play back at people who steal alot and it doesn't seem to work. The stats I have on my HUD are the ones i saw in a thread by Pokey (I think) VPIP, PR, AF, Fold to C-bet, Attempt to steal, fold BB to steal, WTSD, M$SD... thanks in advance for anyone who reads/replies

i dont really know how to read stats, but i thought you were being too loose for TAG and your vp and pfr is too far apart. But then i saw the position stats. Are you playing 6max? I think this thread is for full ring games.

sammy:

Your sample is really too small to work with. That said, if you look at your wr by position, you can see that you really need work in the blinds and on the button. If you think this sample is representative, then what you need to rethink is what you are doing in the blinds and what you are doing OTB. The button is more likely to be just variance than the blinds, although in this small a sample, it is hard to say.

Okay so this is what I have found in HEM after some searching about. It's the closest thing I can see to your report card iincyboy.

The small blind losses surprised me although I am very aggresive on the small blind if I think someone is stealing. Perhaps I should be less so.

Can someone have a quick look over the stats for me please and point out things that are bad and things that are good?

Thanks

Not an expert, but you need to lessen the gap between your VPIP and PFR. You're probably cold calling too much as well.

You need a bigger sample size to get a more accurate representation of your "true" winrate.

Blind losses are standard.

You're probably running really good right now considering your winrate is so high.

hey there.. also posted a thread here on the generel µNL forum but was advised to post here as well

here are my stats/graphs:

ok - 29k hands are a little samplesize -but i really appreciate any help.

if noted things myself and did better in the last 5k hands (got 35k+ now) but still i´d like someone else have a look at it

for my playstyle:
Open pot with 88+, AQ+ from EP
From MP/LP i add KQ, AJ and from Button i add AXs, KXs, strong QXs, SC´s, sPP´s etc.
I 3bet with AK, KK+ - i play AQ poorly (probably too nitty)

i play NL10 FR on FTP - any questions? just let me know

What happened at around 12k hands? Did you change your style? It looks like from your red line you're playing fit/fold post flop poker because your non-showdown losses are quite large.

However looking at your cbet %, it's kinda high. Do you cbet flop then c/f turn when you get called on the flop alot? That may be contributing to your non-showdown losses.

Need some help please. I win small pots and lose big.

I know its a really small sample, but i guess its enough to uncover newbie mistakes.

You are way too tight (might be ok if you play NL2/5. Open up a bit more from late position.

I play 2NL now. I open up pocketpairs 22+ in late position. I rarely raise with stuff like QJ, KJ, KT, QT, T9 even if they are suited.

Should i really be opening with hands like QT and ****?

And a question: Should i be calling 4-5xbb raises when im in late position with stuff like AT, KQ, QJ etc?

Players tend to raise hands like KQs, AQ+, 66+ from EP (probably (a lot?) wider at NL2 but certainly still pretty tight). So You should not call early positions raises with hands like AT/KQ/QJ unless you have a really good reason to.

Nevertheless you should call with any pockets pair to hit your set since players at this level will nearly always stack off with top pair.

About your LP range. You don't necessarily need to open those hands at NL2 but you will have to at higher stacks.

Please explain how opening with hands like 9Ts is gonna help me?

I've been opening with hands like 9Ts, QJ, KJ etc. and all it has gotten me into is getting pwned. I may hit a pair, but wtf does that help when the board consists of 2 overcards on the flop with an unknown villain reraising me.

please also indicate more leaks.
thanks in advance!

Btw. Pokertableratings tells me "You are 77% more aggressive than optimal" when it comes to preflop. I know it probably doesn't matter much but according to that site im way too aggressive and 40% tighter than optimal.
