BB should check most of the time in such a dynamic board, so villains check doesn't mean much. I would also bet QJs here after BB checks, but with a smaller sizing, like 30-35% of the pot, because the hands you want villain to fold (most of them being flush draws) will not fold to a 70% pot bet. If they have nothing, they will most probably fold to a 30% bet as well. So I think under these circumstances betting big on the flop does not achieve much.
As played, I would hate my situation and fold on the river although villain has many bluffs.
