Say you play multiple sessions throughout the day, and you mark hands during each session to review later.

When exactly do you review them...

1. Right after that current session?
2. Right before the next session?
3. At the end of the day after you done playing?
4. The next morning before your first session?

I review my hands 25 hours later since that is when I gain access to my opponents' hole cards on Bonition. 24-48 hours later seems good to me so that we will be in a different state of mind. It's a lot easier for me to see that I butchered a hand 25 hours later than right afterwards. I have entire sessions where my play is kind of weird even though I don't realize it at the time.

Once or twice a week for studying. Some situations I might look up right after session.

I review them right after the session. Later on I'm not as interested in them anymore.

I do all reviews right after a session to get a general idea of the situation. If it's a hand I want to dig into deeper I'll put those spots and situations aside for a time where I just do a study session, I'll typically do one of those longer study sessions a week.

If you have time for that, you aren't playing enough tables, imo.

I just use the new feature on Pio 2.0 that will just play for you. Set it and forget it. Really frees up my time for other things.

Pretty sure the regs on Bovada that play 30/20 are some of the biggest stations on the site.

Got back into poker recently and started playing 5nl on ACR about a month ago - deposited $100 with the plan to take a 2 buy-in shot once I'm at 25 buy-ins for current stakes + 2 buy-ins at the next stake. A bit aggressive but as long as I am disciplined in moving down RoR should be pretty low.

Graph so far and stats:

I've been marking hands as I play them when I'm not sure what the best line was (should I cbet this flop? is this a good spot for a bluff? what's the right betsize here? etc) and then reviewing them all in gtowizard right after my session.

I usually play 2 hour sessions 2 tabling, might move up to 4 tables after 5k or so hands at each limit if my evBB/100 is positive. My goal is to play ~100 hours a month and move up in stakes as much as possible over that time. I don't currently play full time, but I'm at a place financially (i.e. I've got a lot of cushion to pursue this if I'm enjoying it) where if I could make $15/hr while making progress I'd consider making it more of a full-time thing.

Aside from the reviews of hands after the session, what are some of the best habits for making sure I'm improving as much as possible between each session? I have some friends who play live that I chat with regularly about hands, but don't know anyone who play significant volume online.

Straight after the session for me.

Isn't it mad that suddenly the hand seems more straight forward? Lol

Yeah I had a hand yesterday SBvBB where I cbet flop, x/x turn and then x/f river to a 1/2 PSB. When I saw the hand, I knew immediately I should have called.

I can't play much this month so I might just sit and watch a load of coaching. When I tried the essentials package a few years back it was painfully thin but looks like they have a lot more going on now.
I like Peter Clarke and Henry Lister content.

I'm not playing this month much either, so intend to do similar to your self.

Can anyone suggest any good (decent) free content on YouTube to supplement my RIO sub?

Guess its all in the heat of the moment, but reading others HH's I find that everything is more clearer than it would be live.

I'm a fan of goosecore liveplays. Their channel is called pokercode.

Poker Ambition is a good channel with some liveplays, but what I really like are the interviews they do with other poker pros. They go in depth and ask really great questions.

Run good clearly calmed down but I'm still hanging on NL50.

Today I opened my cashier and saw a 160e bonus, no idea where it came from lol.
I checked my email and binked a jackpot promo, so about 3 free buyins
Spoiler:
still running good I guess

Double rakeback promo is insane and I calculated I ran about at 40% for the 1st 1k rake , with the rakeback and monthly bonuses (jackpot not included).
After the 1st 1k rake , I won't have other bonuses so I guess it will be around 30%ish rakeback till the end of the month.
I tell ya, life is way easier with decent rakeback.
