I actually wouldn't be that surprised to see money in 2011, there is probably a decent chance but probably not >50%. Tapie is obviously looking to re-open FTP ASAP(didn't I read they were aiming for a Jan 2012 re-launch?) and I can only assume the DOJ will require his US players $ to be in their possession before that happens.

The doj has taken responsibility to repay players. That seems to me that he can reopen without any $ in US players hands for it is out of his hands.

its my understanding that the DOJ is just handling the repayment of player funds, not that they are the ones putting up the $ to repay American players. The DOJ is almost assuredly going to have to have that $ in hand before FTP re-opens.
