As i said, these rules are new (post horveech temp ban)... he was banned for just being an all round jerk to everyone and has always trodden on thin ice previously. Now if people want to be jerks in future they may be required to back up their **** talking. Seems a fair rule to me.

i always thought that its in TOS and just common decency that if you sit at a table (sitting out or sitting in) you are obliged to accept action more than you refuse it (otherwise it falls under prohibited table camping)
people can correct me if im wrong

and obviously you play poker to make money tonna, but thats not really an excuse, you think people who start tables play poker for ****s and giggles?
also i get that your not willing to battle hu or start tables at your highest stakes, but why block seats from those who do?

you misunderstood or misinterpreted. you can sit at a table with no action and not sit in and close it every time. But sitting out at a table where there is action, that's not welcome by TOS (frowned upon, lack of a better word)

ok then i misinterpreted it,
so in theory 1 player can sit in, 4 players can sit out at that table waiting for fish on the one free seat and the TOS isnt violated since its no 'active table'?

my oppinion is that pokerstars obviously doesnt understand or doesnt care. they dropped the ball.
they send is LOL emails about grimming instead of turning on ask to post blinds by default.
they dont wanna limit waitlists, not sure why... if you limited that on each waitlist only 6 people could be for FR, and 4 for 6m, one person can be on max 7 waitlists at the time, that could rreally motivate people to start tables. or they would have trouble getting in their volume, cause would take forever to get sessions going.

these are all topics that have been posted to the stars thread, that have been emailed by at least 5 people on numerous occasion and every single time not even a non standard response.

so yeah, they dont give a ****, they do what they see fit, your feedback is appreciated if you happen to ask what they want to give you anyways and you'll probably get it in 3/4 years or so..

However, usually tonna will instantly leave if he's not going to play x table... it's easy enough just to re-sit yourself opposite whoever else is sitting that you want to play. He's not one of those guys that remains sitting at the table for 5 minutes before leaving like 90% of the campers. I've had no problems with tonna when i've been starting tables.

hey look, i start almost as many tables as anyone here and have been quick to call out out tonna previously on his weird stance on grimming. I just don't find him anywhere near as bad as the majority of people camping tables, that's all. If u want my honest view i don't think people should be allowed to be sat sitting out at any table fwiw. whether waiting for 3h or not.

Tonna is on samui? How's the internet there? I am flying to samui Dec 16, might need to finish the 1,250K milestone by the end of the year.

Internet in thailand is v decent for south east asia. Lots of grinders in samui so u will be fine 😉
