great flop bluff raise hand. bottom of your range, no FD (so youre not throwing away equity) set blocker with bad kicker. i would be surprised if u have a better bluff hand here

no need to explain the pre flop call.
Even if SB 3bet 4x instead of 3x and you’re only 100bbs deep it’s an easy call.
Sounds like you are overfolding a bit to 3 bets from that statement.
