i know i'm being completely results-oriented, but don't you guys hate it when you're up a good amount on the day and you lose it all to one guy just as you're about to end your session?

yes. srsly only way i tilt is by looking at my results in middle of session and then losing. whenever i do this i literally give myself a speech of why i dont look at my results while im playing and then i drown myself in the shower for 15 seconds. works imo

i second this i think it helped my game a TON to be able to not look at my cashier the less you do it the more to distance yourself from your results and think about your play, and its cool when you look and theres more than u thought just because you havent checked in a few days

lol. i don't know how much i won/lose at flips lifetime, but i am almost sure i am down at flips. just to whitelime i am 70k down...

anyway, today was the sickest ever because was almost my entire roll at table- i did 20k or 10k flips when i had more than 500k roll.. its diferent when you flip 30k and your roll is close to 50k-. omg, almost all my roll at tables. thanks god, thanks jah!!! and ya, as rbracco said, war machine acdc ftw!! i think i never lose a flip listening this music. and since my friend rbracco asked for HH, here it is...

i am 99,99 sure i will do it again!! i wish id be able to NEVER EVER do it again, but nowadays i think its impossible for me don't do flips, open shoves etc. i made promised that i never would do this things again, but i get tilted and booooom thats it.

today i get tilted because i lose, run bad + tilt = bad plays. as always... but i will be more especific:

i was running very very very bad. i lose 6bi at plo2/4 vs some ******ad who was playing 100/79 3betting 59%. also post flop this guy was playing for stacks (200bbs stacks) w/ 6high flush on paired board. i mean, WTF?!?!?!? how i could lose vs this idiot?plus i lose ~5bi vs a regish at plo2/4. this reg was terrible, raising/get in AQxx on 3bet pot on board Q76r LOL... after 10minutes of match, i lose 6bi to this weak reg, he says ''gg'' on chat and quit. hit n run ftw!!!!!!!

ok, after all this sick matchs, i was almost even (becuase i pwned some guys at 3/6) when i was quitting my session and just $200down (breakeven imo), i played w/ a terrible player at plo5/10 and i lose 13bi to this guy in 20minutes. at 5/10 i assume i made a ton of stupid plays, really bad plays. then we moved up to 25/50 deep tables and played 2 tables w/ this guy. i played like an idiot, lose 1bi there... 18k down in 1 day for someone who is grinding 2/4-3/6 is a ton. sooo flips time!

i just posted the hand because i thought it was funny. obviously my default isnt to lead QJ on a QQJ flop. against this guy, as you can see from the way the hand played out, it was a good line.
