+1/2. imo the tables should be yours but it does seem douchelike to just sit down and demand that he leave. You aren't doing it because you need the tables you're just doing it to be a prick.

The way I see it is that I have sat down and are willing to play them as they gave me an open invitation to sit and play. If they instantly sit out, then why sit there in the first place? I gave him a chance to play immediately and he reports me. Full Tilt siding with the player who 'sits first' is moronic as it encourages bum hunting and the death of the games.

If he did in fact report me and Full Tilt wants to strike up a dialogue I will definitely remind them of this and tell them how ridiculous their 'rights to a table' rule is.

It is a little bit ridiculous that they side with the player sitting first. But those are the rules, so yeah, he wasn't talking out of his ass.

As far as I know, though, the site never runs out of tables, so you sitting down and refusing to leave is sorta dickish IMO, but lots of people disagree and have your same point of view. I certainly understand the view, even if I don't agree with it, it's just that "I'm the one willing to play, therefore the table is mine" is a little too e-peen for my taste. If there were a limited number of tables, that would be different, and if that were the case, it would be an absolute requirement for Full Tilt to be on the side of whoever is willing to play on the table.

I'd definitely report him for sitting 2 table though. After all, rules are rules, and if he wants to report for enforcement of one, he should certainly be reported for enforcement of another.

Totally agree with this and I think the tables should be yours in principle, I just don't see a reason for you to insist on taking the tables.

BTW were they 2 regular tables or was 1 a pot-limit or deep stack table? Because that would be allowed.

Go to HUD Options --> Player Preferences and select from the drop down list of "Choose Configuration" whichever one has your HUD layout you like. If you have not touched this, it will just be 'default'. Then look beneath this and to the left where it has all the check-boxes. Make sure you do not just have the 'Tourney' check-boxes selected as it will not show up on your 6max or HU tables. Select what you need. Et voila.

He is still doing it as we speak. I have screenshot and e-mailed FTP. They are both regular tables. As for my insisting on taking the tables, it was my moment of frustration with people like this and I felt like venting.
