Hello Paul,

This is a message from Full Tilt Poker Support.

Desipte our previous warnings, you have been observed occupying too many heads-up cash game tables alone. Players are permitted to wait at only one table for each betting level and game type, and at most four tables in total.

Since we've repeatedly informed you that sitting at more than 1 table per limit by yourself is not permitted, we have revoked your cash game privileges for 3 days.

Thank you for your understanding, and if you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.

Regards,

Full Tilt Poker

Just a warning for those of you who play NLHE and PLO or some other game that apparently the max is back to 4? I've been sitting at 6 because I was told by support that was allowed (with the email to prove it). Anyways, just a warning. I've been playing 3 diff levels of NLHE, and 3 diff levels of PLO since the HU policy came into effect.

yea i think ur right. i just didnt realize it was him. not that i like it, but i understand at least when that happens and im sure ive done the same thing where ive been losing a bunch at 5/10 or w/e and then hitnran someone at 2/4 w/o even thinking about it.

i wrote out a really long email to ftp support and they got back to me with all the answers today. I'll post it when i get home in a few hours.

cliffs: you can sit at four empty hu tables TOTAL.

NOT 4nlh and 4plo. FOUR TOTAL EMPTY HU TABLES. None of the tables can be duplicates. (you can't sit alone at 2 2/4nl 100bb times)

I was under the impression that you could sit at 4 tables in each lobby, but that is definitely not the case.

I knew you couldn't sit at 4 in each lobby, but they did tell me you could sit at 6 total. Here is the e-mail I received from them a while ago when I told them they were screwing HU players that didn't only play NLHE. Note the 3rd rule:

Hello Paul,

Thank you for your response.

We understand your position and we do take what you have mentioned into account. Currently we are going with these rules to make it easier for people playing also HA/Omaha/Razz:

1. Players may have at most four empty heads-up tables in total in the same lobby.
2. Players may have two empty tables at the same limit, if they are different game types (NL+PL or *normal 100BB max + deep 200BB max*).
3. If players don?t break the 1st or 2nd rule, they may play in few other games (Mixed, Limit hold?em, Omaha, Razz) as long as total number of empty heads-up tables is six or less.

Our new policy regarding Heads-Up tables is based on the feedback received from our players. A high number of empty heads-up tables in the lobby makes it very difficult for other players to find the tables they are looking for. You may be actively playing at any number of tables (up to the maximum of 16 tables). Once your game has started, you may begin waiting at another table of that type.

Having said that, Your ring game rights have been reinstated at this time.

Any future instances of you sitting down at an excessive number of empty heads up tables will result in disciplinary actions including revocation of your cash game privileges and possible account suspensions.

We appreciate your business. If there's anything else we can assist you with, please let us know.

jesus, i would just flip out on them. obv show them that email and if they don't snap-reverse their decision, post about it here.

I would be really ****ing pissed if they blocked me from cash games for 3 days bc of their incompetence. They are the nut worst.
