No need to apologize, really. You don't know me so you can't just assume I've been playing well and running bad. I mean, I know it's not 100% of running bad because that would be fooling myself, but I've been really trying to play my A-game and quitting whenever I felt I wasn't or was about to tilt.
And it's completely true that downswings make you stronger psychologically and force you to analyze your game to improve it. That's why I post hands here and try to watch many videos from HU specialists
