if you are going to bet then bet half pot or more
when facing river shoves at this stake its usually a strong hand, both you should fold otr

H1 bigger OTF, bigger OTT, bigger OTR, fold to jam as played.
H2 x/c flop (maybe x/f if he pots it), x/f turn, as played fold to turn raise, x/f river.

I strongly advise you spend some time reading some basic poker strategy. Read SirCuddles' guide to beating the microstakes, 'Crushing the Microstakes' by BlackRain79, and Harrington on Hold'em.

Wow couple of train wrecks here:
I would advise 3 betting kq from SB, especially as you dont seem to play oop to well.
Your river call on the first is about as terra-bad as it gets, well until the 2nd hand you post.....start with bet sizing though, always between 50-100% pot as a guide. 1pair hands vs turn or river raises is almost always a fold in the micros.....you could probably turn a profit if you folded every 1 pair hand to a turn or river raise.
Read as much as you can on stratergy.....the micro archived threads would be a good place to start on here that is good free stratergy advice.
