V is 64/37/33 over 172 hands with a 67% CB.
OTR I really could not come up with any value hands that made sense to play this way so I called. Thoughts?

I have encountered this situation pretty often.
    Villain looks maniac.
But consider the facts that the pot is 36.6bb so 15bb you have invested
    155.4bb you need to pay.
This call in order to breakeven needs to be correct 49% of the times.
You should just fold and not risk all your stack
