Because ZOMG aggressive poker is winning poker

Which is why I don't want to discuss check fold. I want to discuss check call and check raise.

How about one on playing weak ranges in position? I.e. when to turn made hands into bluffs, barreling with total air, etc

it would be better off to bump the squeezing thread and talk about it in depth there, since it is so depended on the initial raiser, what/why you flatted and then the tendencies of the squeezer.

what about a COTW that explain the correct type of poker for every limit.
e.g. to play NL2 play as a NIT (play all pairs and aj+ 3bet only KK+ ).
NL5 = add to your play the stealing, bet with draws, 3bet only KK+
NL10 = you have to be able to double barrel, bet with draws ecc... raise only with 2pair+ on safe flops, 3bet with AK QQ+ but go allin pre only with KK+

i have played only from NL2 to NL10 now, and i have noted some tendencies of the level that are really common, and if you are able to adjust and play a solid type of poker you should be winning with no problem.

i think this is one of the reason that players come here to the forum, they want know how to beat the level they are playng.

1.) that is not how good poker is played
2.) let's not make it 100% easy for botters to have a baseline strat to use
3.) that is not how good poker is played

It's not about playing good poker.

A post like that has been written before; it might be a bit dated. Look for "Complete Guide to beating the Micros" in the stickies.

i agree
but a plan for most player is start from NL2 and building a BR to go for the NL25 and if they start to lose study and rebuild a BR at lower stake ( that they know they can beat easily) .

it's more comfortable that start to NL25 and lose all

i didn't know that was already discussed.
cangurino can you please link me the thread? i can't find it.

THX
