I check this turn often, but betting is OK. QTs/QJs/AQ/XXhh/KTs are all worse hands that call turn

Pretty sure you can probably block river after x/x turn. Should be betting 20%

ap overfold is fine imo, esp since you bet so large otf.

Okay thanks.

Would you block river as a bluff here too?

Generally speaking you don't have much "pure bluffs". You could play the river a number of different ways, but betting pretty wide and small with most of your range and having a narrow jamming range is likely what solver does. I don't do large sizings on the flop, so your node is already different compared to what I typically study/do, but you can run this in your solver and see for yourself.

Oh okay.

Yeah I ran it and it mostly bets turn here since I block JTs/KQs and Villain will have a lot of FD/Qx.

Why do you prefer small OTF over big?

Ye, typically, though this is reasonable spot to have a pot flop jam turn range. With regards to sizing though, keep in mind it doesn't really matter too much as long as the range you use ends up being congruent with whatever sizing(s) you choose.

Right but 1/3 sizing OTF is pretty easy to play against right? You just call your whole range in this spot pretty much.

I like the idea of pot flop/jam turn. I need to experiment more with those types of sizing.

What is your criteria as far as boards go?

Definitely need a FD on it + a bunch of bad rivers?

Specifically in SB vs BTN type situations you can POT-POT (jam turn) in a lot of spots in 3bp at 100bb eff, because people are actually supposed to be jamming over your pot sized bet a surprisingly high amount and don't... and then also typically overfold turn... I've really not studied much BB vs UTG situations and even if I did your opponent is likely a fish anyway (3.5bb open size) and therefore it's slightly less relevant.
