Im having difficulty in deciding whether we should be cbetting our medium strength hands vs a SB cold call as UTG on low dry boards.

At these stakes im assigning SB a range of 88-QQ and good suited broadways for a cold call, plus AKo.

I feel like checking back and giving their suited broadways a free card puts us in a difficult spot on turn and rivers but at the same time SB will float a bunch with BDFD's and we wont be able to fire two often which in turn allows them to bluff rivers relentlessly.

Thoughts on how to balance ranges or play this spot in general?

When he checks that K and checks that T would a King really check there would a ten that hit trips check there and not get value? I think not unless hes a good play balances with KcJc or stuff like that. Think he has 66-99 here and sometimes JJ so think you can value bet 1/3 river to get called by underpairs. OR i could be totally wrong and someone will come by and lettuce know what the none fish move should be.

say we check back and the river is a blank and villain leads, are we just accepting that we might be getting bluffed some of the time and not worrying too much about hero calling with 99 here?
