I played the following hand today

PokerStars - $0.05 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 5 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

CO: 102.6 BB (VPIP: 7.69, PFR: 7.69, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 13)
Hero (BTN): 100 BB
SB: 127.8 BB (VPIP: 41.84, PFR: 14.89, 3Bet Preflop: 4.55, Hands: 147)
BB: 96.8 BB (VPIP: 13.82, PFR: 11.38, 3Bet Preflop: 5.00, Hands: 124)
UTG: 56.8 BB (VPIP: 0.00, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 13)

SB posts SB 0.4 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.4 BB) Hero has A A

fold, fold, Hero raises to 3 BB, fold, BB calls 2 BB

Flop: (6.4 BB, 2 players) 9 6 2
BB bets 4 BB, Hero raises to 14 BB, BB raises to 93.8 BB and is all-in, fold

villain is 14/11 over 124 hands with 2AF. Given that he calls the from the blinds then donks into me and shoves over my raise I decided to fold here..
The board is fairly dry however, so I wasn't quite sure whether it's the best play or whether I should have called.

Looking forward to some thoughts.

Don't raise flop, just call 3 streets.

Do you think someone like him who looks pretty TAGish/nitty (at least for 6-MAX) will go for 3 streets of value on a non Ace board (assuming there would have been none on Turn and River) that I'll still be ahead here most of the time ? I kind of doubt it and think that he will show up with a set here more often than not (he called pre flop). Of course the whole scenario changes if there is an Ace and the flush draw doesn't hit.

Raise flop is fine with 2 hearts, even though villain is nitty raising flop is still probably good.

fold to the 3bet though, wp
