Easy fold for me.
His min flop bet was practically meaningless and screams donk but maybe... Just maybe he takes your call as perhaps catching a piece of the flop.
Turn is a blank and now that river pairs and hits the four to a flush and all of a sudden you lead out 2/3rds pot.
Unless he's stone cold drunk (maybe, who knows) he's at least thinking that card helped your range.

And after all that decides to still raise you, even if a min raise.
Screams of "please call me, please call me, please call me..."

any info about villain can help, without any info, I'd call and take some note depending what he has.

Thanks for your answers.
I had no info on villain, but
stats :
68 hands
VPIP/PFR 64/27
3b :17%
agr factor : 2 (31%/27%/14% Flop/T/R)
cbet : 62%

he had AT with the A of hearts, I added a note
minbet are often polarized on micro (nothing but want to go to showdown at a cheap price /draw or monsters hands)

I'm a tighter player, but I would suggest taking KJo out of your UTG range.

Eliminate the hand entirely (which I would suggest), and/or wait for your suited KJ's to open.

This is effectively MP since it is 5 handed.
