ya that's what I thought, seems obvious.

It's just that I can't really say that the difference in fabric/fit is that huge as far as I'm concerned (but then again, it's not like I ever wore really cheap stuff), but everyone keeps saying how important decent clothes are and that quality clothing is always expensive. I realize that's probably ridiculous shortcut, but it's more convenient to just go off the price tag.

So I guess I thought that people who care about these things/have better eye would notice.

Going by the price tag will most likely give you mediocre quality for a way too high price.
02-06-2013 , 08:41 AM
Inexpensive stuff is always bad but that does not mean that expensive stuff is always good. There are a lot of expensive items that are just average quality.

I disagree as usual in the sense that i think no matter what your price range is you should merely be looking at the best value for your price range. There are certain times i would advocate waiting to increase your price point, especially when you have a passable wardrobe, but dismissing clothes based on their price is silly.

You guys who like to wear nice dark jeans on nights out and such, where do you get them from? Also, raw denim or washed?

Levi's are pretty standard in the states.

Yeah I figured. 501's are the standard? Think I prefer the slightly more tapered 508's just from having a quick look now.

I own some 514s slim straight. I would suggest those if your going more for a fitted jean

Peoples thoughts on Money Clips vs Wallets? I always wanted a Money Clip from a young age, but I'm concerned with all the juggling around for plastics when you need them.

Pretty easy to keep the cards you use most like credit cards, id, etc on the outside and the ones you use rarely on the inside. You can get to the outside cards without having to take the clip part off. I use the Money Clamp.

i use a two sided money clip, bills go in one clip and cards in the other...i carry a debit card, a credit card, my id and work keycard. i like it way more than a wallet and it isn't clumsy.
02-24-2013 , 03:06 PM
Money clip but cash only. If you are going to have a money clip with cards you are not really having the benefits of having a money clip.

Baller^

I've always liked having a wallet(bi-fold) but one day when I only carry cash I'll maybe use a rubber band or money clip

The day I moved from a wallet to a money clamp was a good day in my life.

opinions please, i never wear suit trousers but i want to improve my wardrobe/dress.

also stuff is cheap but im on a tight budget and i still go to places where ill get drinks spilt on me/fights etc, just generally messiness that could ruin clothes.

02-25-2013 , 03:24 PM

Only poor people carry cards. Ballers carry cash only.
