After the last cpl of series, a lot of ppl were crying for guarantees on ALL the events and Bill delivered. It's def an advertising gimmick, but its a gimmick that works. The dolts come flocking when they see ANY guarantee. Say u have a $500 BI on a random Tuesday and it gets 75 ppl; that same tourney w. a 25k guar will get 100-120 easily. I don't see how any guarantees (even if very small) vs. no guarantees warrants any complaints. He's guaranteeing fields on random wkdays in small side events when most card rooms down here wouldn't dream of doing so.

Yes, it is so shameless that they are guaranteeing 500k for a $350 buyin... and "blatantly advertising" their other tournaments... how dare they?

Anyway to register online and early for event 1A, B, C or D?

I am in Tampa and not sure if I can make it down before Day 1 C

I am obviously worried about getting there and it being sold out like PBKC this past series.

Any way to squeeze in a PLO8 tournament? They had a $125 w/rebuys at Commerce and I believe it drew 180 players...

Yes, we will permit refunds and you can purchase for all Day 1's. I will be posting the rules so it is done orderly and we can avoid scalping of tickets as best we can.a lot of what has happened in the past.

No registration by phone, but we will permit someone else to register you if we have all of your information on file and they present a copy of your ID.

Hey Guys,
I made my resverations today at the Best Western.
You need to talk to the actual hotel not the Best Western main phone service to get the rate as it is not in the national computer. Make sure when you call the phone number above to dial 0 for the operator instead of the extension they give you for reservations.

Our infromation has already gone to print. I agree, we should have put something else in that time slot. There should be a lot of cash action that weekend along with a Super that night.
