I like IWC's new pilot world time. Anything with a map on the face is too much, imo.

Talk about cluttered! It's still a Patek though and I love a perpetual calendar with a leap year indicator.

I have always thought that a cronograph complication is a waste of dial space (also dont like the buttons on the side of the watch which operate it). Does anyone have a watch with a cronograph function and actually make use of it?

people don't really buy complications for their practicality... you don't need a 100k+ watch to tell you whether or not there's an extra day in February this year or what the moon looks like.

can't hold a candle to any of the watches in here, but I just got my first adult watch:

pretty happy with it. From reading this thread I have a lot to aspire to.

would snapcall this if it was $2.5k to $3k less as I love the old school Genta

Can't justify $6600 for Sellita though.

Not a huge fan of black watches but that iwc is something.

Like the Citizen also actually. Good choice - hope you enjoy it.

Yea for someone as clumsy as me, i needed a good durable watch that looks cool. Price was decent and supposedly this thing will last just about forever. The manual says it can go 6 months in darkness without needing a charge.

I've never had a bronze watch before, and being a Halios fanboy I am pretty tempted to pick one of these up when they are released. Any thoughts?

Grey dial looks pretty sweet as well imo:

I like it a lot. That's the type of watch I could see wearing casually with brown shoes/belt rather than wearing my Oris all the time. I don't like wearing gold color watches because they are too flashy. The bronze is better. I like clean dials and that fits perfectly. I would go with the green. It's unique but still muted and not all crazy. That rugged leather strap really seems to go nicely with it as well.

So I have a Breitling Navitimer World with a white face I bought online. Probably interested in selling it. Have a few questions.

1. I bought it online from a reputable online site. Does this in any way effect the value of the watch? Is there anything different about it?

2. Is there a good place to sell these types of things for someone with no feedback? I assume forums would be tough(although my rep here could help)

3. Are there any common scams in this marketplace I should be aware of?

I love bronze watches, and I think that Halios is spot on.

Love the grey dial - I think it's a bit more versatile. Apparently pre-orders closed 1st May though, so I suppose you can buy one around July ish? I want one!

I own a Laguna, I'm loving that new Halios. It looks good on the leather bracelet.

To nit it up, I think I'd prefer if the second hand didn't have the little lume piece.

Those pics are just prototypes, in the production model the date wheels will be different (not white) supposedly.
