Elizabeth and I went hiking at Red Rock the other day...






In the last pic, Elizabeth is pointing at the top of the rocks, where we climbed up to...it's a lot further away and a lot higher than it looks in this pic! If there were people at the very top, you would'n even see them in this pic.

My wife is apparently half mountain goat...she was jumping over big drops and scurrying up the mountain like she was born to it. I kept thinking, "if she falls and kills herself, no one is going to believe that it was an accident! Prison, here I come!"

...and here i thought she was going to off you for the insurance money! sneaky!

The beer girl is way hotter, not only with looks, but her ability to look differnt by cutting her hair short, dying it, wearing minimal make-up, and (?!?), clipping her eyebrows. The other two look they are trying to fit in with their own little circle, and too dependant on themselves to look like each other, like wanabe twins.

The hot girl knows they hang with her over jealousy, and to hide their jealousy, they are just hiding their face in their beers.

I am listening to some Lady Gaga. I am now dissecting "Poker Face."

This song is actually brilliant. The monotone verses help create that impression of not will9ing to open up. The music is still high energy, and this contrast creates a strong anticipation for the hook. The bridge is sort of weak, but it helps push the song along, and at least helps introduce the changing rhythm of the hook, which thankfully is near the beginning of the song. However, the hook is too short and sadly too forgetable.

The final verse is more expressive, signifying her slowly opening up. The final hook is okay, but perhaps too long. In fact, the fact that the hook is only two lines makes me wish she put a bit more effort in it.

The rhythm is catchy, and the entire is something like you may have never heard before. Another point that makes it a strong song is that it is very hard to remix without changing it completely, as looking up the remixes will clearly show. (No one has rearanged the song). I have a good idea for turning it into trance.
