Sentiments were mixed among the allied troops. Hitler’s death was a crucial step towards the liberation of Europe, but the German army appeared no less determined. Just as the OSS bombing incited patriotism in the American soldiers, so too did Hitler’s death evoke passion in the Nazi troops.

One overzealous soldier stormed the allied lines proclaiming that the Aryans would triumph. He attempted to channel the powers of a futuristic Nintendo character, but it had no effect on the masses that gunned him down in unison. As the bullets hit him he yelled something…but the only discernable words were “Taso” and “Anarchocapitalism.”

ElliotR is dead. He was a German soldier.

The Nazis noticed that there was a team of people working to save the allied soldiers. They knew that targeting these highly trained nurses would help them push through allied lines more effectively. A crew of Germans was set up to target the Army Nurse Corps. The allied soldiers fought to protect them, but in the end the nurses were killed.

On the Eastern front, the Japanese had taken to extreme measures. Kamikaze pilots were being trained to take out American ships and sacrifice their lives for their country. In the night, an allied fighter got wind of a kamikaze pilot. The order was given and the kamikaze pilot was killed before he could hit any of his potential targets.
