I read the first few posts but there's no way I'm going to read the whole thread. Are there other interesting developments?

i used to listen for no real good reason - i don't care about live or online tournament poker, then black friday happened and they did a really good job of covering it and it was must listen; a few months ago i began to wonder why i still bothered listening since the ftp stuff was static and i'm not really playing anymore, but in the last few weeks i've been enjoying it again.

search out the coltrane dog post in the thread. That's the most wow bit i've read.

listening to the pokercast summary is likely the best - i've not read much of the thread myself, but it sounds like he is a) a serial late payer, b) a massive degen, and c) probably -ve net worth.

There are some images that seem to suggest the irs in the in the line of creditors for a decent sum, although i dunno where they came from

I used to listen to it while grinding, since I've stopped playing poker more than like once or twice a month I don't have any time to listen

i also used to like the deuce played podcast, but totally didn't miss it once it went subscription. I was intending to subscribe, i think, but it ended up being a bit more than i wanted to pay for entertainment. I was quite aware that i very often paid very little attention to the description of the hands because i was usually multitasking, so i took less strategy out of it than i might have.

i did this when i was starting out in poker. i got deep into the tourney, flopped a set, get all in, and lose to runner runner quads. that hand made me quit mtts and switch to heads up

willi, a 1k break even stretch in ev is nothing. your graph is solid. your graph is very very good. some of the top pros in hypers have much long break even stretches and downswings. it's a brutal game. you can just look at sharkscope hyper turbo pro's graphs and you will see tons of bad stretches.
