already have one person lined up to see the place Tuesday and another person from out of town who is very interested

not sure if the landlord intends to raise the rent to 750 if I have a roommate by next week (really need to figure out what the landlord wants to do, new lease vs. letting me sublet the room, I'd obviously prefer to sublet so I can collect a deposit since it's my name on the utilities etc. but I think the landlord wants to go with co-signing a lease).

I will admit - I wasn't on the Kaep train in the off-season and thought defenses would beat him this year.

i posted in at 3:21 am because i wanted to joke around with a dead signup thread to amuse myself on my cab ride home
