How much for the little girl? How much for the women? Your women! I want to buy your women. The little girl, your daughters... sell them to me. Sell me your children!

The European Monetary Union is like a marriage without a prenup or any laws covering divorce. It was negotiated by politicians not professionals.

You can't do that on your honeymoon. It would be rude to your wife.

Taormina is pretty much worth it by itself to visit Siciliy. Add in the wineries and everything else. Seems like an ideal spot for a honeymoon. I would say safety is a slight issue considering they all drive like they are competing in a F1 race

Mets, cancel this Greek thing now and go honeymoon on the Shore like a normal Jersey couple. Your money will still work there, guaranteed. Do you really wanna be stuck overseas in the middle of riots or a coup?
06-29-2015 , 05:36 PM
I went to the shore Wednesday!

Currently looking at these two ideas, open for discussion:

Italian islands + Amalfi coast tour- Sardinia, Sicily, Aeolian Isles, Capri, Amalfi

Morocco + Archipelago tour- Madeira, Canary Islands (Tenerife), Tangier, Casablanca, Atlas mountains

What's wrong with Bognor?

I would 100% do the Italian island/almafi coast cause that's more my type of vacation but to each his own yadda yadda

I took a 5 day trip through morocco which was a ton of fun but the history part of it doesn't interest me as much. That was more a snapshot of the country and not the true experience tho.

I assume none of you philistines have experienced the beauty and wonder that is Kazakhstan in mid-April. It's truly glorious.

The Morocco + Archipelago trip looks better imo, but swap out Casablanca for Marrakesh ldo, especially if you're headed for Toubkal.

This hotel is definitely on my bucket list.

Looks like anything that isn't prepaid is going to be a lot cheaper than expected!
An ancient statue is the ideal honeymoon memento, and now at bargain prices!

We took Greece off the short-list a while back, thank god, but the bad news is it was replaced with Italian island hopping, and Sicily is actually far closer to Tunisia on a map when I checked than what I'd remembered.

**** the Mediterranean. This is why we can't have nice things.
They didn't meet them when they entered...

The Canaries are nice but not that amazing, Morocco is amazing, and I only did half of what ida liked. Amalfi coast is supposed to be great, but pricey aiui

I think it will all be clearer by the time you go. Small chance it's anarchy, decent chance the sorting the money out is a bit of a finangle, large chance it's totally fine.
