yeah, the zoom thing might be good since they're a bit too zoomed in for my uses. I'm sort of planning to build a gigantic underground bunker with a supersized wall that I can put multiple map pieces onto (when they're on the wall, clicking on them rotates them so you can align them properly).

Movement? Idk, seems the same for me. I noticed that creepers blow-up easier now (similar to the PC edition). They also make bigger holes.

The meme "LOL Poors" is really a miss application of the term. The people mostly likely to not worry about spending money ARE the poor. The tight-wad rich are the ones that would be concerned with the frivolous waste.
