Yeah, I don't know what that is. It does look like a clip from some game.

Is it even a robot? I guess we have to assume so.

I'd agree robot/game/switch/tablet/himalayas are all bad things to say right now.

Other bad possibilities (though a lot of these are just stretches):
Cap and crown because there is headgear.
Cat because said headgear has pointy ears.
Dwarf because we have no idea how big this thing is.
Field because this could be a field with mountains in the back.
Ninja because it looks like it's fighting something.

Everything else is probably fine right now, so I'll just bold New York and we can move on.

That looks like Fortnite being played on a Switch. Pretty sure that dude is a streamer named Ninja.

Probably not tablet for now? The switch is tablet-ish

Not sure if anything specific to Fortnite is on the list, but maybe I'm missing something. Seems like we shouldn't say field maybe?

Out of the ones they mentioned as worst for them, I think the only one I would say is Himalayas. Maybe robot. Although there is an electronics connection to robot.

I agree with pretty much everything you just said. Ninja/game/switch/button should all be 100% out. I wouldn't have known who that was, but the pic of Goku on his shirt should eliminate ninja anyway.

Definitely don't wanna say tablet or field for now, but we can keep them in our back pocket.

I would say robot first here tho, as it seems like the only word that is definitely not theirs that we haven't also been clued away from...gotta be neutral at worst. Himalayas probably safe too, but less so imo.

Okay, so ninja and cat upgraded to definitely not. Mug also clearly out.

Not sure what else (if anything).

I think we can safely guess Switch and Button now. They are clearly not blue and should never be assassin.

yeah i agree switch is very likely not the assassin, but might as well give him one more turn

only change i'd make is moving himalayas above foot. really doubt he misses that
