Cliffs on outed wolves and peeked villagers would be great.
I, personally, have 3 reads, 2 of which were made yesterday in thread.
Akson: villa. Contribution, volume, involvement in game. Made this read in about 2 posts, and yes I'm confident in it.
Digger: villa. Similar read to akson. Exhibiting typical village chimp-like behavior. Not a tenet of his wolf game.
Today, before 15 minutes ago, I had opened this thread once, at like 2:15 during a break in meetings. It appeared to be absurdly fortuitous timing, in that one of about seven posts I read in an attempt to see if I was alive contained a shot by monstrman and its subsequent failure. I considered a revenge shot, and if I were a wolf I probably would have taken it, because it would have gotten me instantly shat, especially since I didn't have time to post a follow-up, and the prospect of digging myself out of presumed suspicion after being a) a gimmick and b) afk is something that I probably wouldn't even consider attempting if I had anything to hide.
Regardless, as I sat in mind-numbing boredom for the next two and a half hours, I decided that it probably made him a wolf if he had anything like a regular post count (which, in fact, he does). In my experience, that is exactly the kind of shot that a wolf takes. Afk, low post count, easy target - literally 0 people could be upset with him for taking that shot. Considered from the other perspective - would a villager make that shot? Let's see. He'd had - what, six hours? To formulate new, relevant reads on players that mattered - he was clearly in thread and interacting. It is unthinkable to me that an active player in that position would waste a shot on someone who had to be =rand at best, maybe SLIGHTLY greater if you have absurd belief in your own ability to read tone (shoreline gimmick? no? somehow didn't think so), who hadn't posted in like 18 hours, who isn't some super sick wolf read that just he had and no one else can pick up on. Like, we've all been in that position before, yes? I want to use my shot on someone no one can blame me for. Now think about when you're a villager in the same position. I've got a shat. Holy ****. I'ma take out the wolf in thread leader, I'ma take a hero shot, everyone will bow down to my prowess. Like, I may have actually considered shooting Tom if I had had more time today. Probably not, but that's what I'm getting at. Plays, man. You gotta make plays. Not like, oh snap I better get that guy who no one has ever heard of, who will probably get poe'd by lack of content in a few days (his perspective), who hasn't posted all day, who seemed very slightly wolfy yesterday. That guy was really on the top of his list? Please.
Additionally, he gave a really ****ty soft push excuse at the end of it. This isn't an exact quote but I'm too lazy to fetch it; it was something along the lines of
If you're shooting someone just so someone will die - well, first off, that doesn't make sense unless he had reason to believe I was week or something - actually I have no idea whether or not that affects vig chances - but regardless, it mostly just sounds like a made up reason. Clearly, he was pretending to have me as a wolf from the previous night's posting, but instead of saying "x was wolfy, I'ma shoot him" he made it sound as though his shot could be excused even if it ended up being directed at a villager. Also, like I said - 0 accountability. That said, I'm not just going to roll over and die, so perhaps there will be some accountability in the future

To summarize, I aint trying to be that guy who afks, makes one post, and expects to pass by unnoticed. I'll be here interacting until EoD. I have nothing in mind to read, so feel free to give me a relevant suggestion that takes about 20 minutes to do. I probably won't do it, but it's nice to have a fallback.
