Beer - filtered through the kidneys
Cell - kidney is made up of cells
Cow - has a kidney
Crash - kidney failure?
Fever - an effect of kidney failure?
Golf - kidney-shaped green or sand trap?
Monkey - has a kidney
Shot - a punch to the kidney?
Soup - kidney bean soup?
Spine - another body part
Strike - same as Shot
Tooth - another body part

I like Beer, Spine, and Cell; not crazy about any of the others. Would like Tooth better if it didn't have blue equity.

Doesn't the liver process alcohol. Kidneys may be involved but not something i associate with it.

Otherwise similar thoughts to you. Just wondering if he might go liver for some of these words + beer

Kidney shot does kind of sound like a thing we'd say for a punch more so than strike

Spine/Cell/Fever my top 3 at first glance then similarly ambiguous with words on your list.

shot is a lock for me, I also like spine. Tooth less so but maybe on the list.

Not a huge fan of the other ones really - mummy seems about equal to me as many of them.

I do like Soup a good bit, beer so so - liver would be stronger for that

The liver processes the alcohol, but all liquids we drink are filtered through the kidneys. Beer is a liquid we drink. (Well, maybe not all of us, though I'm enjoying one right now.)

So these seem to be our favorites, in some order:

Spine
Cell
Fever
Shot
Soup
Beer (which can be at end of the list, if y'all don't like it as much as I do)

Do we have makeup words we like better than some of these? I think we should at least guess Spine and Cell, but after that, I'm good with looking at some of our make-ups.

Sherwood + monkey seem strongest.
Link looks like a forest guy, don't know if the game is in a forest though. (Could be another biped actually but we already have a lot.) Spring, whistle, alps, pole maybe. Forest of hair is not a thing or is it?

These five are possible:

Beat
Boom
Crash
Shot
Whistle

But only Boom and Crash are actual noises, so those would be my two faves.

That said, Crash and Shot were next on our list, so maybe it's Boom and one of the others?

Or maybe it's just those three and next on our list. Boom/Crash/Shot/Spot?

Beat is more sound than noise and shot not as relevant though we may guess anyway

Gonna look for a sec but this is definitely weird...don't see the need to reclue crash and it would imply Shot is wrong but that seems...weird with these clues

maybe we need to find 2 completely new noises?

I could absolutely see a cow or bugle making noises...maybe tunnel noises or something like skates to a lesser extent
