bad hand seems to be common thought.

maybe something small but i think you can hear when the bids are put onto the tray, and a bid card sounds different from a pass or a double.

if he knew that partner had either passed or doubled, the cough to show a bad hand would be useful if the call had been double.

but im admittedly stretching.

Since there are about a million things you could do to communicate, seems like I'd try to change my code every game. Or have a bunch of codes and your code is based on dealer and vul. And maybe even calendar.

And I'd make it a point to use multiple of the signals for each hand, only one of which is true, so that if I got caught Id have counter evidence to every code proposed.

Seems super dumb to just use one, and these guys don't seem dumb. I doubt we'll ever know the full extent.

For example, the lead signal consists of 4 movements, if you would rotate the meaning of the movement between boards 1-4 (5-8, 9-12, etc), that would be a lot harder to catch and easy to implement.

Someone else said this exact thing on BW too Gabe, but fortunately it's not in the cheater's mindset -- especially after having gotten away with it for so long -- to make it more complicated than necessary.

draft style seems fine - take like 3 or 4 teams each and win like half for having the overall winner and half for most total VP's in round robin or something - so we can sweat the whole tourney

if there's a better idea I'm down, idc

stakes are whatever people want too.
