I usually vote it like I see it. Sometimes I even get strident about it. But I've tried on different approaches for size from time to time.

In any case, that's not really the situation. I voted Pres Eden for a cluster of reasons, but mostly because I suspect I'm not going to be able to tone read him at all. I kinda want to know who else is interested in lynching there, and why.

Tattersail Re-read
Tattersail starts the game scumreading djarm. In post 1302 he then retracts his scumread based on a post from djarm about vigs. Earlier tattersail argued we shouldn't be talking about vigs and seemed to be accusing djarm of not scumhunting enough so I'm confused why Tattersail retracts as a result of djarm making a post about vigs.

Post 1317 seems like crap logic to me, he's pushing something is which is totally irrelevant to the main thread of the game.

Another thing I've noticed at this point is that Tatter doesn't seem to have any scumreads, any scumreads he gains are for flimsy reasons and are quickly retracted and he seems to be trying to make friends with people.

He then starts posting lists of unexplained reads. Scummy as it's not going to convince anyone of anything and has little impact on the game.

Post 1625 is better where Tatter votes for cohen.

Tatter than hops on the CDL wagon without making any more effort to engage with cohen. His other scumreads (Wetzel, Luckbox and cory) seem to have disappeared into the ether at this point, he's making no effort to pursue them.

Tatter then makes no real effort to develop his reads for the rest of Day One.

On Day Two tatter states he finds Punk townie for Guild interactions, also claiming he views Guild interactions as important.

Tatter then makes one of these "one of Wetzel and Luckbox are scum" claims. He makes almost no effort to push either Wetzel or Luckbox and instead decides to go for shills. If I think I have one scum in two players I go after the scummier of the two players, is this not just sensible play?

Post 2243 confuses me. Tatter claims:
This seems at odds with his previous statement in his Guild Interaction Post that Punk seems town.

Tatter then sheeps cohen's Wombat case with no original evidence, thought process or attempt to compare Wombat to the other wagons who were leading at the time.

At post 3192 Tatter posts a very fence-sitty post on Luckbox which is completely at odds with everything he has previously said about Luckbox.

Posr 4340 has tipped me over the edge. Tatter vote for Eden, rather than his previous top scumread shills, because Eden voted for the same player without referring to Tatters' case? That has tipped me. Moreover his reads from yesterday seem to have disappeared, Luckbox and shills seem to be nowhere on his mind.

In conclusion I hate the progression between Tatters' reads and I hate the lack of impact he has had on the game.

Tattersail should go today. Gamer's next on my re-read list.

LOL you are amusing me. Not hurting my feelings. I don't get upset at idiots yelling at me in a mafia game. It happens so much that if I did the game would become unplayable.

I disagree that CDL bussed, because he didn't actively seek the lynch of guild.

You even stated that was a legitimate argument in the meta you provided.

Generally I rarely use meta I have first hand experience of, and only ever as a supplement to a read, never as the basis of a read. I never use the meta reads of others for the basis of reads because people mis-use meta ALOT in my experience and I don't trust it.

I'm still not sure I agree. Because, frankly, I don't have you as town, and yelling and screaming and calling me scummy for trying to lynch a scum read rather than speaking rationally about it doesn't convince me.

The more SJG posts his analysis re-read stuff the more I am starting to like him.

Take a few sentences to describe what you think "scum hunting is" and tell me which people in the game have actively done it because by your standards I think you've cleared exactly zero people.

rhanddom is like 95% wolf here. no villa would play like this but it is perfect for hiding in that he built his own excuse to not post any relevant and updated reads.

I also agree with this.

Because Tattersail is the world's most obvious wolf for reasons I've already discussed, essentially that his actions on d2 directly contradict his stated reads and his actions were exercised at a convenient time to get on a villager wagon

and then at start of day he votes someone specifically for agreeing with his wolf read on someone else because he can't keep his fake reads straight

and because two of his three* scum reads are two dead villagers

and he has shown zero curiosity (what you would call scum hunting) regarding whether me or Luckbox is a wolf even though according to him one of us HAS to be, he supposedly "read" Luckbox at one point and came up with no conclusion

and he is refusing to post today even though he should be back by now according to his own posts in the game thread because he doesn't want to have to spew anyone else wolf or villager



and Gamer Dude has done approximately 1/4 as much bad stuff and he might even be a wolf too but it's not as obvious
